I understand I’m in the threshold
There’s not even a door
So I can fight to get in!

Am I sleeping?

Blank or maybe a dark, very dark place
No one’s eyes can see.

I was talented…
I used to get used to the dark,
to the silence, it was welcoming

Not even a smell I can recognize
Getting hard to breathe…

But no one’s here.
And the fact is
No one’s knows I’m here.

Let me turn around!
Should I move?
Could I change?

Can you hear me?
It’s so hard to breathe.

Yeah I was dreaming!
Now awakened.
But yet… no one’s here.

Thoughts about Xmas

All wishing Happy Holidays, love all around and to your loved ones… makes me think about today:

I don’t have a family, not today it has been destroyed by treason, by disrespect, by stupidity…

Today I don’t have goals, neither have dreams and good wishes. I’m living each day like the last but for me.

All the joy around is upsetting and I feel really empty but most of all I cringed when some give me advice about : “you know, all we need is to change.”

It doesn’t work. I’ve changed so much I miss my old self, my innocence and really felt a lot better.

Can’t fight the ones near me who call themselves family, when there is no communication or forgiveness.

I’ve been trying for years and I have no hope.

My advice to you is be yourself and f* the rest.

With opens arms

With open heart

To let it be crushed

and my wings get broken

Knowing Pepper’s previous works I can say she amazes me with her writing every time. She is the Queen! What an excellent dark storyteller.

However not the darkest read, this time… I loved it.

Not the same sort f action like the other books in the series, either way I still lost the ability to breathe in every chapter.

What a powerful read!

Pepper Winters has a way of building her characters and the momentum.

Taking the reader to an emotional ride of self-discovery. My mind was his and hers, those inner dialogues kept my heart raw with them.

Although sometimes they shared the same inner thoughts…

Their passion could heal both or destroy. Manipulation between or from outside, results on development of skills to evolve, to survive. So they did.

Having pleasure by letting go and turn this strange connection in something to look forward to. Breathe for once.

By now you probably know how this ends… why not leave our minds twisted again? Yeah I need the next book pronto!
