Screwdrivered by Alice Clayton

This was okay! Not fantastic… the writing was good, very descriptive (I learn a lot about old historical houses and balustrades…) It took almost the entire book to actually get some action going…
No flirting at all…where was all the fun?
This was rather boring for me. The book was to much about the historical house Viv’s inhered on a cliff on the beach…
Her lust over a hot guy that didn’t talk that much that kept the animals fed and ride the horses, didn’t even noticed her, was another concern… Vivian was attracted to the cowboy hero in her romance novel, in her head.
Then this tweed and patches wearing librarian, Clark (Kent), who came out from no where (Krypton) happens and the good banter starts mostly through the phone many miles away. Again, distance keeps Viv’s dreams alive but after they meet again you know that is something there. Let’s have some fun now, shall we? And I realize the book it’s almost over, what?
I did like the ending. But is that love, lust? Where was that deep feeling I was hoping for? I wanted more!
